Dwelling on your past in seek of answers is ego

So today i got together with a good friend. We begin talking about my father and some of my past expereicnes. I watched as my state dropped like a rock because i made my past experiences into my now idenity. No more of this Junk... Btw i am going to be joining a Fraternity!!!!!!!!

Not putting idenity through your actions

One thing i constally struggle with is putting labels on myslef. I constally look for reasons to validate my identiy. For example if i am non social i label myself as non social. If i am enterainer man i label myself enterainer man. So the next time i do something i have to fight against the idenity i didnt lile. . My most enjoyalbe memories are ones that there was no label of good or bad. Just experiences! No identity or expereicnes creates you into something. There is no threat if i am non social or wicked social. NON of these label me anything.
